What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, debit cards and credit cards. There is a 3% processing fee for all credit and debit card transactions.
Is there a minimum number of guest required to book your services?
We typically do not book events less than 70 guest, but we can make exceptions and try to cater to everyone. When you complete the our online inquiry form, please note the number of guest and type of menu and we will let you know if we can accommodate your event.
How many hours is your service?
Our service is a total of 5-6 hours. This include the set up, live grill cooking time. Serving and breakdown. Extra time is available at an additional cost.
If I need to cancel my event, what is your cancelation policy?
If you cancel your event, your deposit(s) will be applied towards the cost of any new event contracted with Miami BBQ catering within 90 days of your cancelation. Cancelation must be made no later than 30 calendar days prior to your event for this policy to be valid. Any deposit made are non refundable if your event cancelation is made less than 29 day prior to your event.
Do you offer vegetarian/vegan options?
Yes, we do. We will be able to identify the vegetarian and vegan friendly menu items we can provide for you.
Will you provide a certificate of liability? With the venue as the named insured?
Yes, this can be provided at no additional cost if requested.
Does the service charge include gratuity for staff? How do you handle tips for your staff?
The service fee is related to the administration of the event and covers some of the overhead cost associated with running a catering business. The service fee is unrelated to a gratuity. Tips/gratuity for staff are appreciated and at the sole discretion of the Client.
Do you cater Weddings?
Yes, we have catered many weddings. Some are casual backyard receptions, but we can also do big fancy weddings too! We can be as low key or as buttoned up as you need, and we promise we’ll bring our best BBQ for your big day!
